How do I know if All Fit received my order?
After you have placed your order(both thermoplastic splint and Radiotherapy Mask, AllFit Nasal Casts, AllFit Thermoplastic, AllFit Dental Casts, Thermoplastic Brace, AllFit Splint Nose..., you will see an online order confirmation. This confirms that your order has been received. In addition, you will receive an order confirmation email from All-Fit with your order summary and confirmation number.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are instantly transmitted to the warehouse for shipment and are therefore difficult to cancel after they are placed. Please contact our customer service department for specific order questions.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped. Your charges should appear on your next credit card statement.

I need a copy of my invoice. How do I get one?
Online copies of your invoices are available with My Account. Once you've logged in, hover over My Account at the top of the page and select Invoice. Click on the invoice number to review details, print or download a copy. You can also e-mail us and provide your order or invoice number and we would be happy to provide you a copy of your invoice.
What are my payment choices?
We accept ACH's, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Checks are also accepted.
Overdue accounts are subject to a late payment fee of 2% per month, resulting in an annual rate of 24% and any collection charges that are incurred.
Please note, a $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
How do I place an order ?
Follow these steps to place an order on allfitsplint.com
Select the product option using the drop-down menu.
Click the “Add to Cart” button to place items you would like to purchase in your cart.
Once you have finished shopping, click on the cart icon located on the right-hand top corner of your screen and review the items you selected. If you are ready to submit an order, click “Checkout”.
Enter your email and password if you have an account with us, or create one if you are a new customer.
Enter or confirm your billing and shipping addresses.
Confirm your payment method.
Click “Place Order”.
An order confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent to your registered email address. If you haven’t received order confirmation details, check your junk mail, as our emails are generated automatically.
