Standard Ground Shipping
Most AllFit Nasal Casts, AllFit Thermoplastic, AllFit Dental Casts, Thermoplastic Brace, AllFit Splint Nose items are processed within 24 hours and are shipped from the warehouse within 48 hours via 3-7 business day ground delivery service (unless lead-time is otherwise noted on the Orders placed over the weekend will be processed first thing Monday morning. Final delivery times will vary with the destination. We will attempt to notify you by email and provide a tracking # when your product(s) ship.
Freight Shipping (Truck Freight)
Generally, heavy Heavy items (anything over 150 lbs), and made-to-order items may have longer shipping lead times. Customers will be notified as soon as Truck-Freight items become available for overland freight shipment across North America. If you do not have a loading dock, be sure to choose lift-gate as your delivery option when purchasing an overland-freight truck item.

The shipping cost for these states varies based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package and shipping method. International shipping charges will be added to your invoice.

Final shipping and handling charges are prepaid and added to your invoice.

Some large volume Medical splint and Radiation masks, AllFit Nasal Casts, AllFit Thermoplastic, AllFit Dental Casts, Thermoplastic Brace, AllFit Splint Nose riders, and/or oversized items may require additional freight charges or truck shipments.

International shipping rates, including the United States, reflect the base shipping charge, not including possible customs duties, taxes, and other country-specific fees shipping charges to the United States are only to the border. Shipments to the United States may incur additional charges, including without limitation, duties, taxes, or country-specific fees.

For Saturday Delivery, add $13 to Next Day Rates.

Additional shipping charges apply to all that ship by truck. Products are delivered to your receiving dock. For Liftgate, Trucks add an additional $125 to your order. For Inside Delivery add $75 to your order. Final shipping and handling charges are added to your invoice.

Delivery inspection is required on all truck shipments - All truck shipments must be fully inspected by the receiver before signing for the delivery to ensure there is no concealed damage. If you cannot inspect immediately, make a note of “pending inspection” with your signature. Any damaged shipment received should be refused by the receiver. These guidelines must be strictly followed in order to receive any credit on truck shipment orders.
Insurance
Your shipment is 100% insured against loss or damage.
Damaged or Short Shipments
You are responsible for the claim processing. If the shipment arrives damaged or with parts missing, contact the carrier immediately. Before we can make any adjustment, you must file the damage claim with the carrier. Be sure to save the packaging. Damaged and short shipments must be reported within 5 days of receipt.

Product Return Policy
We strive to keep our customers satisfied by offering quality products, professional service, and competitive pricing. Our return policy is consistent in maintaining the best value and highest service level for all of our customers. Unless merchandise is defective, returns will be subject to a 20% minimum restocking fee (except where noted below). These guidelines must be followed to receive credit:

The product must be in new, resalable, unmarked condition, and original and unopened packaging.*

A Return Material Authorization number (RMA) is always required. To obtain an RMA number, please contact ALL FIT Splint Customer Service by e-mail, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST. Please attach the original packing list, invoice, or RMA number to the return to ensure prompt return processing.

Refunds will be for merchandise value only. Returns cannot be accepted for special orders, or customized products.

All returns are subject to a 20% minimum restocking charge. (Note: Splint Cart returns include a 25% restocking charge).

There are no returns on discontinued items.

No returns will be allowed if past 30 days from the invoice date.

No returns will be allowed on products with less than three (3) months of shelf life remaining.

Please allow 3-4 weeks to process your credit.

Credits exclude shipping and handling charges.

No call tag/pickup slips will be issued. It is your responsibility to return the merchandise to ALL FIT Splint unless the item is a non-stocked item in which case you will be provided different address details.

ALL FIT Splint will not accept any product returns with biohazard contamination.

ALL FIT Splint cannot guarantee credit if a return is unauthorized or does not have an RMA number.
* Thermoplastic splint, Radiotherapy Position products arriving in bags or shrink wrap cannot be ripped or torn or will be considered open.
